Hands and Hear : A vocational Initiative by Abiliti Foundation
Hands & Heart is a thoughtfully designed vocational activity program that nurtures both functional independence and emotional well-being in children with diverse learning needs. Rooted in the philosophy that skills grow when hands are engaged and hearts feel valued, this program blends practical life-skills training with creative expression to build confidence, responsibility, and self-worth.
Our Vision
To empower children with special needs to become independent, capable, and proud of their abilities by engaging them in meaningful, hands-on vocational experiences.
Why “Hands & Heart”?
- Hands represent skill-building, coordination, and functional independence.

Creating Value Through Every Creation
Every product made in this program is not just a craft item — it is a reflection of a child’s effort, growth, and potential. By celebrating their creations, we help them realise:
“I can do it. I am capable. My work matters.”
Hands engaged. Hearts empowered. Futures strengthened.
