Every child has abilities waiting to be discovered.
At Abiliti Foundation, we believe in nurturing those hidden strengths—especially in children who learn differently.
Founded in 2008 by Dr. Taruna Samnotra, Abiliti began as a heartfelt initiative to support children with learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia. Driven by the belief that every child is unique, Dr. Samnotra set out to provide early intervention and remedial support that could truly make a difference.
As the need grew, so did our mission.
In 2017, Abiliti evolved into a full-fledged non-profit organization, now known as Abiliti Foundation, to reach a broader community of learners. Today, our work spans across children with Autism, intellectual disabilities, and slow learners, offering holistic educational and developmental support.
We proudly serve children from both English and Marathi mediums, ensuring that language is never a barrier to learning. As a recognized regional hub for assistive technology, we also equip children with innovative tools that enable them to access education with confidence and independence.

Inclusive by Heart, Purposeful by Design
To support children who find mainstream schooling challenging, we established a parallel school—Lalit Samnotra Developmental School (LSDS). LSDS provides a nurturing and structured environment, preparing children for eventual integration into mainstream education through individualized teaching methods and inclusive practices.
Our vision is bold and heartfelt:
To build a comprehensive, inclusive educational center where therapy, learning, and care come together under one roof—ensuring that every child receives the support they need to succeed.
